Intro




Penning the thoughts on the less emphasized O part of Organisational Behaviour starting 2020. This has possibility of key words such as Context, Organisational Culture, Situation, Environment, Behaviour Setting, Social Psychology, Human Resource Management and even Design thinking as in how to design the appropriate organisational context  for desired behaviours, all subsumed under the term Big O,  paving the way for introducing Ecological Psychology into Organisational Studies.
